Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea
Well what a day we had! For those of you who didn’t make it to Wyong RSL Club for our ‘Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea’ on Thursday, 26 May, you really missed out on a great day! The crowd was small but generous, and we raised a whopping $540 from the raffle alone. Wendy Wand must be congratulated as she later announced that Wyong RSL Club would chip in to bring the total amount raised to fight cancer to $1,000. So all in all it was a very, very successful day – and we had lots of fun too!
Thank you to todayscountry94one’s wonderful team members who once again donated their time and talents to not only promote todayscountry94one, but also raise money for a very worthy cause. These people, of course, are Chris James, Clair Hayes, Tubby Dyer, Dianne Lindsay and Peter Simpson and our ‘new’ friends, Chris and Liz Bond. All of the above put on a great show to the delight of the patrons and staff of the Club – thanks heaps guys and gals!

The crew behind todayscountry94one wish to thank our listening audience for dropping in to say hello and supporting their favourite country music radio station at the Central Coast Country Music Festival held from 11 – 13 March 2011. We had a marquee set up on the waterfront and, thankfully, the weather was very kind to us over the whole weekend.
